With its integrated slaughterhouse, we ensure a seamless farm-to-table process, allowing us to deliver high-quality meat products both locally and internationally. Strategic Location: Distance to key points: 33 km from Bucharest, Romania’s capital, providing easy access to a major commercial hub.                                   37 km from Giurgiu Port, connected to the Danube River, offering an efficient pathway to export markets via the Black Sea and Constanta International Port. Farm Assets: Land: 8.03 hectares of intravilan land with a 400-meter opening to the main road.          2.5 hectares of extravilan land, connected to the 8.03 hectares. Animal Shelters: 3 shelters totaling 1,530 sqm. Hay Enclosure: 500 sqm for feed storage. Machinery Shelter: 250 sqm for storing equipment. Dropping Platform: 800 sqm for waste management. Silo Cells: 720 sqm for grain storage. 3 Drilled Wells for a self-sufficient water supply. On-site Accommodation: Three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom for farm personnel.
